ShiftFill was created by Shawn Miller, a business owner in San Angelo, Texas, after experiencing firsthand how difficult it can be to fill unexpected staffing gaps.

When an employee calls out, businesses often rely on group texts, social media posts, or last-minute phone calls with no guarantee that anyone will respond. ShiftFill was built to provide a faster and more organized solution.

Businesses can post available shifts, and qualified workers can find and claim opportunities that fit their schedules. Our goal is to make filling last-minute shifts easier for businesses while giving workers more flexibility and access to local opportunities.
